Thursday Night Music Club. Written 2005.


Every Saturday Night. This song came out of a discussion about the nature of

our composition group. It actually meets on Friday, but we needed a 3 syllable

word, and Mike had just suggested that we consider scheduling Saturday night,

so poetic license to the rescue. This is about the tug of the yin and yang. Even

though music is fun there is a work and exertion side to it as well. And then there

is the unrelenting nature of the Muse herself. Some of the lyric came from a

Valentine poem that also contained the same sentiment. So here we are in this

together....
